- Before placing an order or specifying quantities for our ex-stock item, we strongly advise you to verify the current stock levels with our authorized representatives. Our stock availability may vary based on demand and other factors, and it is essential to ensure that the required quantity is in stock before proceeding with your order.
- All the carpet tile/vinyl tile are sold in cartons.
- All prices quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Return Policy
- The tiles must be returned in their original carton packaging and not exceeding 5% of tiles delivered.
- Return must be made within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Non-Returnable Item:
- Carpet tiles that have been removed from their original carton packaging.
- Any item that is not ex-stock in KL
- Custom or special-order items
- Product solid in rolls (carpet roll or vinyl sheet etc)
- Indent/ pre order item (inclusive indent from Singapore)
- Damaged or Defective Item:
- If a customer receives damaged or defective flooring product, they must notify the Supplier within 3 days of delivery. AND DO NOT install the carpet or vinyl. The product must remain unused.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by the Supplier. The supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Payment Term:
- Supply-only transaction, payment is required in advance. Payment must be made before the scheduled delivery date. This policy ensures a smooth and efficient delivery process and helps us maintain our commitment to timely service. Please note that failure to provide the payment prior delivery may result in delays in the delivery process.
- Supply and install: 50% down payment, 30% 1-week prior delivery of goods, balance on date of delivery.
- Suppliers have the right to change the payment term base on project.
By placing an order or purchasing, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
a. For “Supply Only”:
All supply only projects are subject to applicable delivery charges.
b. For “Supply and Install” Projects in Klang Valley Area:
To supply and install for minimum quantity 2000sqft, transport charge will be wavied.
Our installation is inclusive of unloading services. Our installers will help to unload the goods at site.
The delivery charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase and will depend on the order’s size, weight, and delivery location.

(1) The price above is indicative price only for ready job site. Subject to additional charge if the site is not yet ready to receive flooring material.
(2) GQ reserve the right to change the price without prior notice. Kindly check with our representatives for official quotation to secure the installation charge.
(3) Self levelling is needed for all the vinyl flooring installation.

Sample Strikes: To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer strike-off samples at RM 500 per piece. These samples showcase the design and quality of your custom-made carpet. However, if your order is confirmed, the custom-made sampling fee is waived.

To maintain carpet tiles and keep them looking their best, follow these steps:
1. Regular vacuuming: Vacuum the carpet tiles at least once a week or more frequently in high-traffic areas. Use a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush or beater bar to effectively remove dirt, dust, and
debris.
2. Address spills immediately: Attend to any spills or stains on carpet tiles as soon as possible to prevent them from setting in. Blot the spill with a clean cloth or paper towel to absorb the liquid, and then
use a carpet cleaner or mild detergent mixed with water to clean the affected area. Avoid rubbing the spill vigorously, as it may push the stain deeper into the tiles.
3. Spot clean: If you notice any stains or spots on the carpet tiles, spot clean them using a carpet cleaner or mild detergent mixed with water. Apply the cleaning solution to a clean cloth or sponge, and
carefully dab the stain until it lifts. Rinse the area with clean water and blot dry.
4. Regular deep cleaning: Periodically deep clean the carpet tiles to remove embedded dirt and stains. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for professional carpet cleaning or use a carpet extractor
for a thorough clean. If you are using a carpet extractor, make sure to read and follow the instructions carefully.
5. Remove and replace damaged tiles: If any carpet tiles become damaged beyond repair, it is recommended to remove and replace them promptly. Most carpet tiles are designed to be easily replaced
individually, so you can remove and install new ones without affecting the rest of the flooring.
6. Prevent dirt and debris entry: Place mats or area rugs in entryways and high-traffic areas to trap dirt and debris, preventing it from spreading onto the carpet tiles. Encourage people to wipe or remove
their shoes before stepping onto the carpeted area.
7. Protect with furniture pads: If you have furniture on the carpet tiles, use furniture pads or coasters under the legs to prevent indentations or damage. Regularly check and adjust the pads as needed to
distribute the weight evenly.
8. Regular maintenance of carpet tile adhesive: If your carpet tiles are adhesive-backed, periodically inspect the adhesive to ensure it is intact. If you notice any loose or lifting tiles, reapply the adhesive or
replace the damaged tiles.
By following these maintenance practices, you can help keep your carpet tiles clean, attractive, and in good condition for an extended period of time.
